By accessing or using Pantry ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pantry is a mobile application that provides shared grocery list management, AI-powered receipt scanning, and household organization features. The App allows users to:

Create and manage shared grocery lists
Invite family members to collaborate on lists
Use AI technology to scan and organize receipts
Track shopping patterns and spending insights

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Pantry offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

Free Tier

Access to up to 2 shared lists. AI receipt scanning is not included in the free tier.

Premium Tier

Unlimited access to all features, including AI receipt scanning. Available for $3.99/week or $6.99/month.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Cancel anytime through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. AI Features and Accuracy

The App uses artificial intelligence to scan receipts. While we strive for accuracy, AI features are provided "as is" and should be verified by users.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
