These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pantry mobile application ("App") and related services. By using Pantry, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use our App.

1. Using Pantry

Pantry is a shared grocery list app designed to help families stay organized. You can:

• Create and manage grocery lists
• Share lists with family members in real-time
• Receive notifications when items are added or purchased
• Use our AI-powered grocery scanner feature

2. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Please use a strong password and keep your login information confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pantry.

3. Acceptable Use

We want Pantry to be a helpful tool for everyone. Please don't:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our services
• Share content that's harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

4. Your Content

Any grocery lists, items, or other content you create remains yours. By using Pantry, you grant us permission to store and sync your content across devices to provide our services. We won't sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Pantry running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We'll try to notify you of any significant planned downtime.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings.

7. Termination

You can stop using Pantry at any time by deleting the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we terminate your account, we'll provide notice unless doing so would cause harm.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pantry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
